Do not sell or share my personal information
This website does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no session recording, and no third-party cookies set for tracking. Because of that, there is no cookie banner to manage; there is nothing optional loading that you would need to turn off.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request. Since the site does not sell or share personal information, the signal does not change the site's behavior, but we honor it and will apply it to any future practice it would cover.
Information you give us through forms
Form submissions are used to respond to you and to connect you with an agent. If you consent to be contacted by phone or text, you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling the agent or by emailing us. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email nick.sadek@sothebysrealty.com or call 916.784.7444. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
Settings stored on your device
Accessibility settings you choose in the site's panel are stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. Use the panel's Reset button, or clear your browser's site data, to remove them.
